Day 1: Marrakech – Dades Valley
Your journey begins with an early departure from Marrakech, crossing the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains through the famous Tizi n’Tichka.
We will stop to visit the historic Ait Ben Haddou, a traditional fortified village and famous filming location.
Afterward, we continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” where we may visit the film studios. The journey then continues through beautiful landscapes until we reach Dades Valley, where we will spend the night in a comfortable hotel.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, we travel toward the impressive Todra Gorge, where you can enjoy a walk through the spectacular canyon surrounded by high cliffs.
In the afternoon, we continue our journey through the desert towns of Erfoud and Rissani before arriving in Merzouga.
Here, you will begin a camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will reach a traditional desert camp where you will enjoy dinner, local music, and an unforgettable night under the stars.
Day 3: Merzouga – Marrakech
Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast, ride the camels back to Merzouga village where you can shower and relax.
The return journey to Marrakech continues through the scenic Draa Valley, passing through desert towns such as Alnif and Tazarine, and returning through Ouarzazate and the High Atlas Mountains before arriving back in Marrakech, where the tour ends.
