Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen
Your journey begins in Tangier where we will meet you at the airport, port, or your accommodation. If time allows, we will explore some highlights of Tangier before heading toward the Rif Mountains.
Arrive in Chefchaouen, known as the “Blue Pearl of Morocco.” Enjoy exploring its beautiful blue streets and relaxed atmosphere. Dinner and overnight stay in Chefchaouen.
Day 2: Chefchaouen – Meknes – Fez
After breakfast, depart from Chefchaouen and travel toward Fez. Continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains passing through Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and Azrou where you can see Barbary monkeys in the cedar forests.
Later continue to Midelt where you will spend the night.
Day 3: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
After breakfast, travel toward the Sahara Desert. Along the way enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the Ziz Valley and pass through the city of Errachidia.
Arrive in Merzouga where you will admire the famous dunes of Erg Chebbi, among the highest dunes in Morocco. Overnight stay in a hotel near the desert.
Day 4: Explore Merzouga Desert
Today is dedicated to discovering the beauty of the Sahara Desert. You will explore the surrounding desert area and learn about the local nomadic lifestyle.
In the afternoon, enjoy a camel trekking experience across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Watch the sunset and spend the night in a traditional desert camp with Berber music and dinner under the stars.
Day 5: Merzouga – Fez
Wake up early to admire the breathtaking sunrise over the desert dunes. After breakfast, return by camel to Merzouga and begin the journey back toward Fez.
Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains before arriving in Fez where you will spend the night.
Day 6: Fez – Tangier
After breakfast, depart from Fez and travel back to Tangier where the tour ends. You will be transferred to the airport or port depending on your travel plans.
