Day 1: Marrakech – Tinghir
Departure from Marrakech toward the spectacular High Atlas Mountains, crossing the famous Tizi n’Tichka.After arriving in Ouarzazate, we visit the historic Taourirt Kasbah. In the afternoon we continue the journey to Tinghir where we spend the night.
Day 2: Tinghir – Merzouga
After breakfast we travel toward the Sahara Desert. In the afternoon we arrive at Merzouga, where you will ride camels across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.Enjoy a spectacular sunset over the dunes and spend the night in a traditional desert camp with nomads.
Day 3: Merzouga – Zagora
Wake up early to explore the dunes at sunrise. After breakfast, we leave Merzouga and drive toward Zagora.You will explore the desert landscapes and the famous Draa Valley before spending the night in a hotel in Zagora.
Day 4: Zagora – Erg Chigaga
Today we travel deeper into the Sahara Desert, exploring M’Hamid, the last village before the great desert.From there we continue toward the magnificent dunes of Erg Chigaga, where we enjoy camel trekking and spend the night in a desert camp surrounded by peaceful desert landscapes.
Day 5: Erg Chigaga – Ouarzazate
Wake up early to admire the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast we travel toward Ouarzazate passing through Foum Zguid and Tazenakht.Upon arrival in Ouarzazate, we visit the famous film studios and spend the night in a hotel.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – Marrakech
On the final day we visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most impressive kasbahs in Morocco and a popular movie filming location.We then drive back through the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka and return to Marrakech, where the tour ends.
